Industry Sponsored Symposia (ISS)
Guidelines and Information |
Thank
you for your interest in ACNP’s National Clinical Conference 2006 in
Orlando, Florida. ACNP’s Industry Sponsored Symposia (ISS) offer
sponsors a unique opportunity to host a two hour educational session on
targeted health issues and treatments, based on the sponsors unique
interests and expertise.
The
following guidelines will be used to guide the approval of the Symposia
selected for the Conference. The Symposium Sponsor must submit a
written proposal in accordance with these guidelines to ACNP. Sessions
will be a maximum of 2 hours in length.
The
fee to sponsor a 2-hour Industry Sponsored Symposium at the 2006
Conference is
$20,000.

ACNP continues to accept ISS applications and entries on a space
available basis. Symposia finalized by June 9, 2006 will be promoted in
the ACNP National Clinical Conference Preliminary Conference Program.
ISS Programs submitted and approved after June 9th will be included in
the final Conference Program content, on the conference web site and
other future promotional materials.

Payment Information
Upon acceptance, the $20,000 fee
is payable directly to ACNP:
The acceptance of the ISS will
only be finalized upon receipt of full payment. All logistical
requirements and supplemental charges (for instance, electrical, AV,
catering, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the sponsor.
