We are no longer making new reservation or accepting changes or cancellations of existing reservations. If you need to inquire about room availability, or change or cancel an existing reservation, please contact the Disney Group Housing office at 407-939-1020.

Cancellation/Change Policy:
All reservation changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ACNP Housing Center by September 28, 2006. After this date you must contact the hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so at least 5 days prior to the day of your arrival to avoid penalty in the amount of the first night's room and tax fee. If you do not cancel your reservation your first night's deposit will not be refunded.
