Call for Posters
The Conference Poster Session provides an
excellent opportunity for presenters to share research, practice and
personal experiences with colleagues. Posters will be located in the Exhibit Hall during
exhibit hours.
Posters may be submitted by:

Nurse Practitioners
-
NP
Students
-
Industry

Deadline for submission is August 18, 2006.
If a submission is
accepted for presentation, all presenters must adhere to the following
criteria:
Poster Specs:
- Poster boards will be 4’ high by 8’ wide.
Image area will be approximately 46½” x 94½”.
- Each presenter will be assigned one board.
- Title and authors’ name(s) should be clearly
labeled
- Graphic must be large enough to be seen from
a distance of 3 feet
Registration:
All poster presenters must be registered for
the conference. Honoraria and housing will not be provided for
accepted presenters.
Fees:
Accepted Industry
posters will be charged a fee of $100 if exhibiting at the conference;
$150 if not exhibiting. There are no fees for nurse practitioners or
student posters.
Exhibit
Hall/Presentation Hours:
All posters will remain on display during
published exhibit hall hours. Presenters need to be AT their poster on
Friday and Saturday during the published lunch break.
Teardown:
Posters must be removed from the poster board
after the exhibit closes on Saturday. If a poster remains after this
time, it will be discarded.
