SERVICE ORDER TRANSFERS

Please Note: Orders previously placed for Nashville with Brede Exposition Services are the only orders that will automatically transfer to Las Vegas.  ALL other orders will NOT transfer.  If you require electrical, internet, AV, floral etc. for your booth in Las Vegas you will need to place a new order with the appropriate vendor. Please refer to the updated order forms in the exhibitor manual.

 

SERVICE ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Electrical orders placed with the Gaylord will need to be cancelled.  Please email lhanna@gaylordhotels.com to cancel and request your refund. 

 

IT orders through the Gaylord were never charged because payments would have been processed after the event so there is no need to cancel.

 

All other orders such as AV, signage hanging, floral, etc. will need to be cancelled with the individual vendor.

 

The exhibit hall at the Aria Resort & Casino is carpeted.  If you no longer wish to use the carpet you ordered for Nashville through Brede you will need to email your cancellation to Brede directly at cswashington@brede.com.
